EU agrees historic phase-out of Russian gas by 2027

The TTF gas price opened today standing firmly above €55/MWh – its highest level since Oct23.
Cold weather, low wind speeds, and EU storage sites now falling to just 50% fill levels are providing upward pressure on gas prices.
At $17/mmbtu we are entering gas price levels at which European industry is likely to suffer substantially.
