Tightness in the European gas market is becoming increasingly acute

Prices for TTF monthly contracts have reached their highest point ever. The tightness in the market is not only reflected in the TTF but the prices of LNG in Asia, and in the UK have also risen sharply. The apparent tightness in the market is due to a slow build-up of inventories in anticipation of the coming winter season.
