As with the previous two quarters, Q3 2022 was impacted by the war in Ukraine and by the unfavourable climate conditions that affected hydro and nuclear energy. This quarter’s average wholesale gas prices were 115% higher than last quarter’s and 18% higher than the record-breaking average gas prices of Q1 2022.
