European power prices ease as gas markets weaken

Industrial gas demand, which took a setback in 2022/2023 may be set to return to growth in the latter half of 2024. Demand from the residential is also likely to pick up in 2024. On the supply side, LNG will again play the dominant role in meeting increased demand requirements.
