Production of Natural Gas up by 1.4% compared to March 2019 (IEA)

IEA’s Monthly Gas Statistics (June).

Key highlights include:

• Production of natural gas increased by 1.4% compared to March 2019.
• Imports (entries) of natural gas were 3.8% lower on a year-on-year basis, while total OECD exports (exits)1 increased by 4.8% in the same period.
• Gross consumption of natural gas experienced a decrease of 3.5% in March 2020 on a year-on year basis.
